I never noticed are you running FoxPro 2.6 or VFP?
If FoxPro 2.6 then microsoft has a knowledge base article on memory problem with fast computers and FoxPro 2.6.
If VFP then you could run the resource meter in win 95 and see if the resources are gradually going down or all at once. It may be the program is looping and creating variables or array elements that are eating away at resources.
