As Mike and others have said, there is no expensive Framework in the VFP market.
You get thousands of lines of code, source code included to learn from. Thousands of hours of professional developers' time. You get thousands of hours of testers work using these frameworks in everyday applications in all types of markets.

All of this for the cost of a few hours of your billable time. It will pay itself in the first couple of clients/projects you do and in the increased quality and capabilities of the software you produce using any of them. A win-win situation IMHO.
