Derek

A Framework choice is an important decision to make as it will impact all of your future programs. There is no easy answer to the question. What is good for me may not be good for you.

You have to find one that has a philosophy and way of doings things you are comfortable with. You also have to look at their support. Do they offer a support-board (preferably for free)? Do they have a customer-base that will help you?

I personally use Visual MaxFrame Professional 2004. I understand that Visual Fox Express, Mere Mortals, CodeMine and some others are good too. Each one is different and offers different ways of doing things. Look at the comparison page in the Fox Wiki to help you make a decision. See if you can download a demo if they have one, or else download their documentation and help files (almost all of them will allow you to download docs for free).
