Try something that work for me:
1- Make your reports using Foxpro DOS Report Writer.
2- Include them into you VFP project and never open them on VFP.ç
3- Run this way
REPORT FORM yourreport.frx TO FILE yourfile.txt ASCII
TYPE yourfile.txt > PRN
