Perhaps but INTL does more than just translation. It'll also let you change the data that is retrieved from a table.
Example. Your app. have a field that is named "FrenchDescription" and the other is "EnglishDescription". Somewhere in your app you need to build a combobox with the proper field. That is easily done with INTL. And there are also other cool things.
This reply is by no mean a way to nag you. It's just that when there is a need for a multilingual app and one does'nt already have the needed tool then INTL is a terrific product for its price.
