No, MultiLanguage Converter(MLC) add lang.vcx in the apps, a few tables(it can work not only with VFP DBFS, but with SQL/Oracle DB too), two forms and variables.
language translations are kept in a table, VFX kept them in the same way.
Even if you add new form or change someone old and convert apps again MLC add in the table only new or changes things
