Ok, I'll make it a little more difficult:

I store 27 different languages in memo fields so I can't change the code page to be specific to any language. What I need to do is allow the storage of the actual text and then write the text out to html output.

We provide a document writing software that outputs to html files. The text is entered by the user in English and then manually translated to each foreign language. The user simply selects to 'print' in a different language and the app will extract the proper translated phrases and write them out to the finished document.
