We just updated our Citrix and found same issue with everyone going to the same temp folder. Unknown to us at the time was that the application had command in the config file identify the location of temp folder to use (carryover from old version). In previous Citrix, this was not an issue and everyone had their own temp folder, but we had to remove this statement from the config file so that every user has their own temp folder which is the default location from the operating system.
