>I have a table(order) that has a column called oderno, each time a order is placed this value is incremented. I'm using a form with this value(orderno), and it gets updated to the table(order) which has my orders.
This should be done as soon as the order is saved. This should be embedded within a transaction. Thus, if the save fails, incrementing the number in the table of sequences would also be reverted.
> The final thing I want to do is print out the current orderno that I'm working on.
