Don't know what else was he using, but the guy looked really smart. So the stuff isn't running anymore, and I have no clue to what happened.
You may try if you think the OS is timing things out like was described putting a DOEVENTS in the loop every so often. I may slow down the loop a bit, but I may also solve the problem is it will make VFP respond to the OS so it doesn't think it's not responding.
