Did you install the Soap Toolkit on the remote server?

When you published/moved the .dll to the remote server did you register it using regsvr32 on the remote server, you will need to do this?

Also, in the properties of your virtual server, under directory tab and then configuration - app mappings, make sure .wsdl is in the list. If not after installing SOAP you will need to manually add it.

Those are some things you can start with.
