Hi Nadya, after trying a lot of things I ask the user whether the report was printed OK. If he answers "yes" I block the report; otherwise he can keep printing it as many times as he likes.
For "mission critical" reports there is no better way to know the printed status than to go to the printer, as other people have said in this thread.
