I can only add to the others. The money is worth it.

As to which one?... that is a more difficult decision. Many of the framework vendors have sample apps and evaluations. Get anything that is available, along with their help files and look for what matches your style of work. Also look for what type of applications the vendors pitch their framework as doing best. You may find that after time you need a couple of frameworks, or after using one for some projects, you may decide to build your own.

Personally, Codemine fits the way that I work.

I have ProMatrix as well but rarely use it. The standard version is $100 US but doesn't support client/server programs, but it could be a good way to learn.
