I understand that the dropdowns do not appear when replying.
What I believe should appear when replying is those dropdown *values* the the originator selected when s/he created the thread.
By not showing them you are depriving a responder of important information at the most critical time... when they are actually replying. IF I happen to remember that the problem was with VFP8 SP1 *but* I don't remember if it was in Win XP or Win2K or Win?? then I have to close the reply, review the message, then reply again. There is no need for this when simply showing the information that was entered by the originator would prevent that need.
