Visual FoxPro Developer

Open position for a publicly held company traded on the NASDAQ national market that develops, markets, licenses and supports proprietary software products for the financial services marketplace. Located in Kansas City, the company has revenues in excess of $50 million and employs approximately 170 people. Since going public in 1997, the company has focused successfully on a long-term strategy of profitable growth and strategic acquisitions. Forbes Magazine has placed them on its 200 Best Small Companies list for two consecutive years and the Investor's Business Daily consistently ranks them among the leaders both in and outside of their industry. Currently seeking a Visual FoxPro Developer with technical lead experience to contribute to a team of software developers responsible for developing a key web-based product for the company. Required skills include 3-5 years or more of VFP experience and SQL Server, as well as some .NET/C# knowledge. You will have a direct stake in the company's success through the stock option plan. In addition to excellent benefits, you will be provided with continuing professional education and given the opportunity to assert your creativity and to influence product direction. The company has a friendly, business casual, service-oriented environment.

Pay is 55,000 to 75,000 annually based on current experience.
