Apart from code, what is the printer and printer driver used on wkstation. ie: Epson Stylus 600-800 or HP LJ many series original drivers are problem themselves. Try with original win95 drivers (at least generic HP Laserjet for any HP series) if this could be a case. I had similar problems on client machines with those printers and a post about it had many replies supporting.
