I imagine the icons also need to be part of the project as well, right? Any help would be appreciated. Hopefully, this will lead me to what I am doing incorrectly (or not doing at all)!

>This is a wild guess, but it sounds like you've attached an icon file with just a 16x16 icon in it. That way, it would show up right in the Explorer, but not in the shortcut or the change icon dialog. The icon file has to have both icon formats in it. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, the FAQ has step-by-step instructions on how to get both in one file.

George,

I've been out of pocket a few days but was able to spend time going through your step-by-step instructions regarding my icon problem. My ignorance is really showing, I didn't realize you could get both 16x16 and 32x32 in one file. I was including both 16x16 and 32x32 icons in the project, not embedded in the same icon. I miss understood what you were saying. Anyway, this solved the problem I was having.

Thanks a bunch!

James
