Maybe that would explain the "test results".

On a more serious note, those "test results" mean nothing. The military will take almost any warm body. Military intelligence tests tell very little about actual intelligence.

I don't know, but I'd sure love to see a debate between them where they can speak, extemporaneously, without a script. and answer people's direct questions for 20 minutes. Based on what we saw so far, Bush does not *sound* very intelligent. If he is, he certanly hides it.
