Latest I've seen indicates the Russians may have taken it north. Still too early to be dogmatic about it. However, in the grand scheme of things the 385 tons of explosives/weapons/etc pales to the 400,000 tons that is supposed to have been destroyed or secured to be destroyed already, doesn't it? I think that's a pretty small fraction.
