Ain't that the truth.
When I vote, I base my vote on who I feel would be the best leader for my country - regardless of the party they belong to. I never base my vote on the promises made during an election campaign because more often than not, they are empty promises.
>Sorry, look was not the correct word, I really ment appearance. In Norway politics means 99.9999%, money and appearance means close to nothing. In Norway most people look back and see what the politicians have actually said and done. We don't care what they promise, because we have learnt that promises are so easy to forget.

>>>So, you are actually saying that the money and the look is important, the politics is not?
>>
>>No! Where did you get that notion?

>>If money and looks were important to me, I'd vote for Kerry/Edwards, the man who married into money, not once but twice, and his companion who was added to the ticket mostly because of his "youthful" good looks to attract the female voters.
