Different printers (HP, Cannon, Kyoreca, etc...), different OS versions (98, 98SE, ME, XP {home/pro})

Installed the latest printer driver has not helped.
Some printers do not have a "send fonts as images" option.

Here is the confusion, some clients can install the same printer driver as a second driver on the OS and the printing problem goes away, others this doesn't work.

I know some of the problem could be related to Unicode is not supported by the printer driver. However, what these clients are sending in is an area of text is overwritting itself. Sometimes it is related to numbers, other times it is related to text.
