my string is like this:

"DRIVER=SQL Server;SERVER=TECH03;UID=bdehoyos;APP=Microsoft Visual FoxPro;WSID=TECH03;DATABASE=testedi;Trusted_Connection=yes"

by including UID , Trusted_Connection=yes and the database and server name on it i had no problems.

btw some error traping might be good just to be sure .
