>>If we're going to stay this way, I basically want UT to come up, for me, with the VFP forum fully expanded, and other forums I have marked for participation as collapsed "stubs" at the very bottom of the list. This would be easy to define by simply adding another column to the Forum setup screen in Account Setup e.g. "Expand messages in this forum by default". If you're imposing this change on everyone with what could be considered insufficient notice I think it would be a nice gesture to make this proposed feature available to everyone.

>Sure, we'll add the ability to define per forum to auto expand or not at startup. By implementing that, we would get rid of the overall switch of expanding the message nodes at startup we have presently in PUTM, Settings. However, those who checked to auto expand in that overall switch, will have auto expand on all forums by default.

At the moment it is not working as I would expect. If I hit the GoBack function for 1 day:
- I'm seeing messages for forums in which I don't want to participate at all e.g. SQL Server
- All forums are expanded, rather than just the VFP forum
