The COM component will run under IUSER. Make sure it has rights to all the files.

>Runtimes are definitely installed....security, not sure. I've tried all the things I thought I was supposed to do without any luck. Do you maybe know the EXACT steps in setting up the security? It always seems I fuddle around with this part, eventually get it to work, but never know what I did that was actually the right thing!
