Yeah, I know. I just wanted to point out that these terrorists do not distinuish between the USA and other countries. The risk of a new attack from Al Qaeda in Germany is currently rated as "increased" by our government.

Some of the recent attacks where in countries that did not accepted American culture. To me it looks like anyone how doesn't accept their culture is a target.
