Its really been long time working on Fox 2.x
I won't comment anything on 'Preference' clause being unaware.

Any DBF corruption can be due to many reasons.
Reasons like lights went out or machine abrubptly rebooted could be few of them.

>We are using BROWSE command to take input data in a Form ( Screen ). We are using 'Preference' clause to store the column width of each field ( The user can himself change the width )
