I meant Libya as a country.

There are bands of terrorists in all countries. These are the people we have to identify, find, capture and if necessary....kill.

IMHO, the majority of the people of the world are basically good people. It's the tyrannical leaders that murder them and/or train them to be terrorists that need to be taken out.

Another thing we should have done in 1986 (in Libya) was to finish the job we started on April 14th. Qadhafi would now only exist in the History books!

Yes I know you're down on Bush. I'm not crazy about Kerry either...that's my choice. I won't try to justify it to you or anyone else.
