When opening a form within a Visual FoxPro program getting error...

OLE error code 0x80004005
UnSpecified Error.
OLE object is being ignored.

Traced the problem back to an OLE Progress bar on the form. Searched Microsoft and tried their suggestion of downlaoding and installing the newest ComCtl32 package. This did not fix the problem. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
