There are more banners for VFP than .NET forum presently. Also, it could be that for a short period, no banner applies to a specific forum. Also, they are in rotation two by two reset by a hit of new messages by a member. So, you could get 1 and 2, I could get 3 and 4 and your next refresh would be 5 and 6. But, in a session, a members is likely to see them all, for sure during a week.
