Thank you for your reply. I apologise for the delay in replying but I was away for a few days.

When I tried the Report Group and mark it as "Start on the New page", I seem to get extra line feeds in the body of the report. This may have something to do with the complexity of the report which has a number of overlapping fields to produce a pseudo-script page with columns.

No worries, my user may have to live with the absence of page breaks.
