That's an honest question. I don't believe we'll get into an argument from me stating my position based on my beliefs, but you know how it goes here.

I am a strong supporter of the Jews because my religion teaches me to be. They are the "chosen" people, according to the Bible. Jesus was a Jew. (Being a Christian, I think would sort of force you to be a supporter of the Jew.) Having said that, I don't necessarily support individual jews. They are individuals who make mistakes, have their faults, etc , just as we Christians. However, as a people, I have to support them. I'd like to support the Arabs too, but their position is untenable.

I have a hard time understanding the struggle between the Jews and Arabs. It seems they have always fought. The Arabs, well Islamic Arabs, seem hell bent on killing all the Jews and Christians. I believe they refer to us as infidels. When I hear they are teaching their children to kill Jews and Christians, it makes it hard to be supportive of their position.

It's strange that Mohammed originally said that all three faiths could dwell in Medina becuase they were all of the faith of the book. I assume he meant they all three believed in God.
