>>>You just don't get it do you? I'm not talking about changing your mind because of new relevant data. Here's just one example of Kerry:
>>>
>>>
>>>"I think Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction are a threat, and that's why I voted to hold him accountable and to make certain that we disarm him. I think we need to..."
>>>(NPR's "All Things Considered," 3/19/03)
>>>
>>>FLOP: CLAIMED HE VOTED "TO THREATEN" USE OF FORCE IN IRAQ
>>>
>>>"I voted to threaten the use of force to make Saddam Hussein comply with the resolutions of the United Nations." (Sen. John Kerry, Remarks At Announcement Of Presidential Candidacy, Mount Pleasant, SC, 9/2/03)
>>
>>Perhaps you're right, maybe I "just don't get it"
>>
>>Having said that, and I may have missed it, but where in the statement that you just quoted, did Kerry say "We should invade Iraq". He said that he voted to "disarm" Iraq. Invading and disarming are not the same thing. With all due respect - you just don't get it.

>Well somebody isn't getting it. I'm thinking it's you since he says we should "disarm" him. How do you think that was going to be achieved?

Correct, I must be wrong - because you're always right - just like the powers that be (for now at least).

I've made mistakes before and I'll make them again. Most people respect those who admit their mistakes and move forward - but of course, some people are never wrong...

Go vote for Bush - and good luck to you.
