Hi all,

When I scroll through the classlibraries in the project manager
a ghost border shows up on the commandbuttons New Add Remove and Build.
During the scrolling the border of these commandbuttons becomes
thicker and thicker.
When I move the mouse over such button and then leave the button, the
ghost border disappears.
This same behaviour shows up on different places in the IDE and in
an application.

When I change the desktop-theme from Windows-XP to Windows-Classic then
there is no problem, but that is not the desired solution.

Does anybody know an other solution to this behaviour?
