"Is everyone using 'Update Project List'? " Very good point that I felt needed to be reinforced. If 3 developers are working on a project using VSS and developer1 adds a new form to his/her local project and puts it under source control, the other 2 will not see the new form in the project until first developer1 Updates Project List and then the other 2 do the same. Even though the new form is in VSS the Project Metafile (*.PJM) needs to be updated.

One gotcha to note is that when Update Project List is chosen it leaves the PJM file checked out after completion and ,unless someone knows another way, must be Checked In using VSS Explorer.
