I expected at least you see just the humor in it. Funny is funny. Who cares that I found it on a site? Would it be different if I got it from a book? Or David Letterman's Top 10? I was in Canada last year. I grew up in Buffalo and would go over the border probably 10 times a year. The joke could just as easily been about upstate NY and I would have found it funny and laughed. Sorry you find it so offensive.
