I would suggest that you hire a consulting firm to come in and get you started. You can do this all yourself, but you will save a lot of time and money getting things set up - up front by someone that is an expert in this. You could then get proper training and assistance, and as you get comfortable with it, you move away from the consulting firm to doing the work on your own.
