>I am getting 'Report contains a nesting error' for some reason. The fields on my report contain some concatenation but no IIF statements and no code in the dataenviornment. Any ideas? This is happening on a sporatic bases.

One way to find the origin of reporting problems is thusly: instead of running the report, you give the command to see it in preview. Then, if you run the report from the preview window, if there is an error, the offending field will immediately be shown.

Of course, if the error is sporadic, that will make it more difficult. But somehow, I think you the first priority is to find the offending field.

If the error is sporadic, see if there is a difference between different data sets. For instance, on some of my reports in Bata/Bolivia, I got errors for some dates and not for others, simply because there was some difference in the data.
Difference in opinions hath cost many millions of lives: for instance, whether flesh be bread, or bread be flesh; whether whistling be a vice or a virtue; whether it be better to kiss a post, or throw it into the fire... (from Gulliver's Travels)
