it works in W98, i've done it. I copied these dll's

vfp9t.dll
vfp9resn.dll
vfp9renu.dll
vfp9r.dll
msvcr71.dll
msvcp71.dll
gdiplus.dll

The gdiplus.dll I think is new to vfp9, it wasn't needed in vfp8, where the one nedded was gdiwhatsoever.dll (i can't remember well) so be sure to copy this new one
