I need to seek your advice on how to convert the following to use SQL PT to insert /update varchar fields in MSSQL from a text file :

INSERT INTO mytable (field1,field2,mmemofld) VALUES
(cvalue1,cvalue2,"") APPEND MEMO mmemofld FROM (".\mytext.txt")
OVERWRITE
