Thanx! for the tip... but it's not what I'm looking for. Just think of my goal in another way. Let's just say that I'm trying to create a Windows Explorer type application that displays file details like verion, author, copyright info, etc; which are all accessible by looking at the properties of a file. I would like to be able to do the same (take a peak into the values of this properties :))
