The program is working fine on many other computers. Therefore I'm inclined to think removing and adding the progress bar won't affect it. I believe it is a problem with a dependency on one of the ocx files. I downloaded the dependency walker from MicroSoft but this didn't show any problems. I have also ran the updated Comctl32 control from Microsoft. Any more suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
