Using windows terminal services to access an application over the internet. In the server, we have set the mapping of printers to the local printer on the client. However, on many occasions, some local printers are missing when the print dialog appears (using report form to print prompt ).
eg, on one client PC (Win98) there were 4 printers installed, 2 dot matrix and 2 lasers, when we click on print, the printer prompt shows only 2 printers while the other 2 is missing.
Anyone encountered similar problems?
