I feel pretty safe while walking at night, unarmed. While this is not true for two areas of my city (where live most of gipsies we have and we can't get rid of them), I have no mental reservation going out, no matter what the time is and no matter the place where I'm going.

Again, I think is a matter of cultural difference.
