Hmmm ... that's not good. I've missed a lot of messages and didn't even realize it until this morning. I would think that when the refresh is done, you know which messages are being brought down and it would be only those messages that should be marked "read" (or however you mark them). Of course, I don't have a clue how you're doing this, so it sounds easy enough to me, but maybe not quite so easy on your end. <g>
