One more question. When I run the code, for each iteration of the For loop, I get a MS Outlook dialog, "A program is trying to access e-mail adrresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" How can I suppress this?

You have run into the Draconian Security Patch from hell. This is a problem in Office XP and Office 2000 SP2. You have a couple of options:

Download "Outlook Redemption", DLL written by Dmitry Streblechenko.
It is free for personal use and $199 to distribute in commercial software
http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/download.htm

Download "Click Yes" from http://www.express-soft.com/mailmate/clickyes.html
It come wwith Visual FoxPro sample code and is free.
