It's probably the Matrox. Our tech support staff set a standard last January to ship out nothing but Matrox cards in the new PC's we distribute to our users nationwide. To date, there is only one model not found to be buggy (sorry - don't know which one and I'm in doghouse with tech support at moment so don't want to ask.) But like Matt and others said, the new drivers and/or BIOS upgrades always fix quirks just fine. HTH
