I'm not sure but, that after a few minutes one can assume the program's not going to open. Normally I calculate a delay of 5 - 10 seconds. If the network guys reboot the server then the problem goes away. ( Should have mentioned that in original message ) ( I'll try to update it. )

All other applications are unaffected and open normally. Only the VFP programs are having trouble.
