I use to see this alot, and in situations where I knew my code wasn't out of date becuase I have long standing habit of compiling each and every little thing as I finish it (I think an old FORTRAN Professor forced that habit down my throat and somehow it stuck ;)) But ever since I got an NT Workstation for Development, and I'm not bouncing back and forth from Win95 to Win NT environments, the problem went away. So I suspect (never tested this) that code compiled last on Win95 wasn't viewable in WinNT and vice-versa.
