How can I replace my RDC, like DAO when using findFirst or Seek method?

My problem his:
I use 2 Remote data control, one for update and the other one for show data into a grid.

When a add a new or update record in table, how can i replace my seccont RDC on this row. How can i change cursor position
without see the curson movement on grid?
