No that's why you see him locked away with out an attorney and an insistence by the CPA, IIG that he be tried by a US apointed Iraqi court and not the ICJ or the Tribunal in the Hague-Isn't that where War criminals are tried?

Why isn't he on TV confessing? Wjy isn't his attorney making statements. Give me a link to his newspaper confessions? Have you really seen his confessions? Do you know they were his confessions - or did someone tell you - just like they told you Iraq could shoot an a-bomb at the US in 45 minutes?
